You can transfer Telkom airtime and Data to another Telkom number using the Telkom App or USSD code*180#*180# (free), select’ Transfer Airtime’, and follow the on-screen display. Once confirmed, you will receive a message confirming the airtime has been sent.
How to transfer Telkom Data from Telkom to Telkom
- Dial *180# ffrom your phone
- Select Option 4
- Choose to transfer data which is option 2.
- Enter the recipients Telkom Mobile cellphone number.
- Choose the amount and confirm.You are only allowed to transfer 250MB, 500MB, and 1GB of data and there is a maximum transfer limit of 5GB of data each month and the subscriber is not allowed to transfer the entire available data.
If you face any problems in transferring Telkom Data or airtime, you can call Telkom Customer Service on 081 180.
